Again problem with atof / sscanf / strtof and float's range

Upgrade to a more recent version. The first thing I'd do is try to get the
most recent release version of uClibc (0.9.28) working on your system, and
see if that still has the bug.
If 0.9.28 doesn't fix it, keep in mind it's now over a year old. 0.9.29 is
coming out "real soon now", but it's here yet. At the moment there's a
flurry of activity to get the release out, so of course the nightly svn
snapshots are potluck as to whether or not they work right. Accordingn to
Mike Frysinger's nightly testy things, the 12/6 snapshot seems to have built
and worked for most platforms, so that might be worth testing. (I'm not
saying to deploy a snapshot, I'm saying it'll tell you whether or not 0.9.29
will have this bug when it ships.)
