How to upgrade the version of uclibc

Hi,
I am using a toolchain with version 0.9.28.1 of uclibc and I want to
upgrade the toolchain to use a newer version of uclibc. How do I go
about upgrading the toolchain so that it uses the newer version of
uclibc.
