[PATCH] uclibc extern inline

Hi

Compiling with gcc 4.3 I get a lot of warning about inlining.
with -std=c99 or -std=gnu99 GCC implements ISO C99 inline semantics
unless -fgnu89-inline is used.

Is this patch ok ?
