Modified e500 patches

Hi Joakim,

There a set of modified patches for e500 additions to uclibc on:

The following changes have been applied to the original patches:

1/ Fix SecurePLT issue.

2/ Add UCLIBC_EXTRA_GCC_FLAGS and remove hard coding e500 flags.

3/ Split the libc and libm patches into three:
    i)   Changes to uclibc configuration and make system.
    ii)  e500 additions.
    iii) move existing powerpc to classic.

The names of the new patches are:
