[patch] Updates/fixes for nios2 platform

The attached patch fixes compilation of the current svn on the nios2
platform, and updates the crt1/n/i.S files to get CTOR/DTOR-support to work.
If someone are interested (not a huge amount of nios2-people on this
list ...), please take a look.

Note:
In addition the patch posted in
http://busybox.net/lists/uclibc/2006-December/016987.html is required to
be able to compile non-crashing executables.
