booting error on IXP425 --> runaway loop modprobe binfmt-4c46

Dear All,

       I am porting new linux 2.6 on IXP425 processor ,ADI COYOTE board.i have compiled buildroot and generate kernel and ramdisk image for that , but while running on board, it give this error,
