gcc headers needed for ARM EABI build

Hi

Currently on trunk when building uclibc for ARM with EABI support it
needs unwind.h header from gcc headers.

We have -nostdinc option added in rules.mak so the build does not pick
up this header.

I think that removing nostdinc might not be a likable solution. Does
someone else has a better idea?
